1. Overview
At STARX MEDIA, we take content protection seriously. We work actively to safeguard the intellectual property rights of creators we support and to respond promptly to any reports of unauthorized content use.
If you believe that material hosted, published, or linked to by a STARX MEDIA campaign or affiliated creator infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
We also assist our partnered creators in protecting their original content across social media and content-sharing platforms.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you’re a copyright owner (or authorized representative) and believe your content is being used without permission, please send a DMCA notice to:

To be valid under U.S. law, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The exact URL or description of the location where the infringing material appears
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Incomplete notices may be ignored or delayed.
3. Our Response Procedure
Once a valid DMCA notice is received:
- We will acknowledge the complaint via email
- We will investigate the claim and may temporarily remove or restrict access to the material
- We will notify the creator/user involved and provide an opportunity to respond (via a counter-notification, if appropriate)
We comply with applicable DMCA timelines and procedures in all takedown and counter-notice matters.
4. Protecting Our Creators’ Content
We work with creators to:
- Identify and remove stolen or pirated content across platforms (including Telegram, Reddit, piracy forums, etc.)
- Submit takedown notices on their behalf under agency agreements or permissions
- Monitor unauthorized uploads, deepfakes, and impersonations
- Engage third-party tools and legal resources to enforce their rights globally

5. Misuse Warning
